Virtual PC version 7.02 won"t load on new MacBook Pro running 10.5

Source: microsoft.public.mac.virtualpc
Sent: 11/05/2008
From: AES Tim
Message:

Wanted to install an old copy of MS Office 2004 (needed for work and I had
it) on my new MacBook Pro. Instead of a restart required message at the end
of the install, I simply get an installation successful message. When I
d-click on the application icon to launch I get the message that "The
application Virtual PC quit unexpectedly". The report button shows:

Exception Type: EXC_BAD_INSTRUCTION (SIGILL)
Exception Codes: 0x0000000000000001, 0x000000000000000
Crashed Thread: 0

Searching the MS knowledge base is useless - does anyone have any ideas how
to get it installed?

Thanks in advance for your help.
