Virtual PC will not capture operating system disk

Power Mac G4/ OS10.4.3
Virtual PC 7
I am trying to install Windows 95 then upgrades 98 and 2000 office Pro.
I have followed the instructions for installing an operating system not
included with Virtual PC 7.

Virtual PC will not automatically capture the Win95 operating disk. As
per the instructions, the next step is to Select DRIVES then CAPTURE
DISK. The problem is that CAPTURE DISK is not active for me to
seclect.
I have tried re booting the disk and starting over, but nothing seems
to work in order to create a windows OS.
This is not a happy situation after spending the money for Virtual PC.
I can't figure out what is creating this problem. And get NO HELP from
Microsoft!!!

Win 95 cd's are not bootable. You have to use the Win95 Setup floppy to
fdisk and format the vhd. The Setup floppy will load a cd driver that will
allow you to start the Win95 Setup. If you do not have a Setup floppy you
can download one from bootdisk.com.

I thought about suggesting your kit if the OP didn't have a floppy drive.
