Get this message when startingup:

"The instruction at "0x01a84930" referenced memory at "0x01a84930". The
memory could not be "read" .

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

OK just terminates as it says and CANCEL sends it through a restart and
the same thing again.

What does this mean and how can it be fixed?
