mouse and keyboard problems with Virtual PC 7 on a MAC

I just installed Virtual PC 7 with Windows XP on a G4. I am trying to click
on the PC menu but the mouse wont go there, (no better way to describe
this). I want to install the Virtual Machine Additions. I can't even get to
my Mac desktop.

I am using a standard PC keyboard and mouse, not a Mac keyboard or mouse. Do
i need a Mac keyboard in order to use VPC?

I would guess that you'll need an Apple Keyboard and mouse to use MacOS
X in general. If you're getting away with using a PC keyboard and
mouse, that's very interesting.

I'm also guessing that VPC will be very picky about what keyboard you do
use. If the PC keyboard and mouse don't work with VPC (but do work with
MacOS X), it's your call on if you want to invest in a real Apple
keyboard and mouse.

With out VPC running i have no problem using a standard PC mouse and
keyboard. One of the big differences is using F12 to open the CD tray.

I just can't seem to find the combination for accessing the PC menu or my
Mac desktop.

Anybody seen the problem before???
