VPC 7, IE 6 "Stack Overflow" in XP and 2000

Message:

Gentleones,

I'm encountering an error while running one of those dastardly IE-only
scripted websites (which is, unfortunately, not visible to the rest of
the world--it's AdvancedMD's billing software). One particular page
pops up a window titled "Microsoft Internet Explorer" with the error
"Out of stack space." That's it. Nothing else.

I have received this message in the following environments:

=B7 iMac G5 1.8GHz, OSX v10.4.4, VPC v7.0.2, 256MB simulated, 768MB
real, 267MB "used", old Windows 2000 install, IE 6.0.2800.1106 (SP1,
Q823353), VPC additions installed and latest

=B7 PowerBook G4 (12"), OSX v10.4.7, VPC v7.0.2, 256MB simulated, 768MB
real, virgin Windows 2000/IE 6.0.2800.1106 (SP1, Q823353) install, VPC
additions not installed

real, virgin Windows 2000/IE 6.0.2800.1106 (SP1, Q823353) install, VPC
additions installed

=B7 PowerBook G4 (12"), OSX v10.4.7, VPC v7.0.2, 256MB simulated, 768MB
real, virgin Windows XP Pro (supplied w/VPC, SP unknown at the moment),
IE version unknown, VPC additions not installed

In the cases that I remembered to check, the amount of space to use on
the hard disk for memory (one of those mystical Windows settings) was
set to double the simulated RAM.

I do not receive the error when I use a Dell 1GHz P4, 128MB real RAM
(important to note), Windows 2000/IE 6.0.2800.1106 (SP1, Q823353),
which would make me think the difference really is a VPC problem.

Of course, AdvancedMD points the finger back at us, but if Microsoft
says VPC is a PC....

Anybody able to help?

TIA!
Bill
