The keyboard does"nt respond at all

I can't log in to windows. Not with ctrl+alt+del and not from the menu.
The keyboard and the mouse just doesn't respond. The pointer changes
from black to white, but it can't do anything. I have reseted VP
several times. Nothing.
Runs VP7.0.2 with WinXp Professional.
I've seen other topics on this forum in this subject, but no solution.
Has anyone come up with anything?

You don't want to reset VPC. You want to reset Windows. Go to PC in the
menu bar and click on reset. See if that helps
