Server 2008 in VPC 2007 Nat Sharing Issue.

I'm running Vista Ultimate with SP2 and I have installed VPC 2007. I have
created Virtuals of XP Pro SP3 as well as Windows Home Server. Both seam to
use the Nat Sharing settings for Networking fine to access my existing
network connection to the internet on my Vista OS. I then decided to install
Server 2008 Enterprise to do some testing. Had a really hard time with
Activation Code to start with as there was no connection to the internet. I
ended up using the automated phone activation center to activate the license.
But still having trouble getting the NAT SHARED Connection setting to work.
Any help here?

I also wanted to have the XP Pro Virtual work with the Server 2008 Virtual
and have them talk to each other. I have 2 virtual ports set up on the Server
2008. One is set to NAT Shared and other to local. I understand for them to
talk to each other that the Local setting is what I would need as well as
having them on the same subnet.

My Ultimate desired result is:
Both Virtuals to be able to access internet and talk to each other as well.
Any one know how to make this happen?
