When we install a VPC under Virtual Server, we need to assign a TCP/IP
address for that server. But when we need to move this VPC to another
physical machine, we are force to change the TCP/IP address of this VPC, so
that it can connect to another subnet connect to the physical machine. Is it
possible that we can use other virtual IP addresss, say 192.168.0.1, and then
enable routing on the Virtual Server, so that the VPC appears as another
TCP/IP address to the world.

As far as networking is concerned, there is no difference between a
physical machine and a virtual machine. The networking software doesn't know
the difference (and doesn't need to know). The networking software only sees
the IP or MAC address.

You network the vms just the same way as you network your physical
machines.

is configured. I would recommend that you talk to someone in your local area
who understands networking.
