how do I get off full screen?

Message:

I am new to VPC (just created first one). I saw an option to make the VPC
full screen. I do NOT like it because I can't get back to the host machine.
I can't figure out how to change back the setting can anyone tell me please?
Having the VPC at full screen doesn't allow me access to the menu bar that
was across the top. It also makes shutting down very difficult as I have to
bring up Task Manager and shut down the VPC that way. I'm probably doing
things all wrong, but I was more comfortable when it was NOT full screen.
Thank you for your help.
