Virtual LAN (AD, DNS, DHCP)

Hi just a simple (well I hope it is) what I'm trying to set up is a link
between two virtual PC's to similate a Company LAN, with AD support.

I currently have two Virtual PCs I will add more XP PC's soon...
1. Windows 2003 server RC2
2. Windows XP Pro

So I have these installed and I would like to have these on a virtual
network, for example my network might be 123.123.*.* but I would like the
virtual PC to be on a network on there own like the server on 10.10.0.2 and
then giving out dynamic IP to the XP PC's, is this possible?

My end goal is to get a few XP VPC connecting to the Windows 2003 Server VPC
and working like a LAB enviroment, its just so I can play around with group
policys in AD with out messing up a real working version.
