Virtual hard drive size limit

I have an extra 250gb drive installed on my computer and i want to use it
with one of my virtual pc's. I want to put files on that hard drive,
totaling around 200gb in size, and share them on my network from that virtual
pc. Now the size limit for virtual pcs is 127gb, can i get around that limit
or do i have to use a different product?

All my partitions are NTFS. I have server 2003 installed on the virtual
machine so i know the operating system can see more than 2TB on a single
partition, but why is virtual pc caped at 127gb?

I have Media Center 2005 installed on the "host" computer so i can watch TV
on it, and i installed Server 2003 so i can play around with it and have it
as my server, but if i cant get around the 127gb limit, whats the use of
using virutal pc?
