We have an EA w/ desktop pro (& Select), so we are entitled to Vista
Enterprise.
I know I could install Enterprise and get 4 free VM machines. However, we
don't want to deploy Vista in any shape or form.

I have XP Pro as the host, 2000 as the guest. Do I need an additional OS
license to run the 2000 guest? If so, and with our EA, what/how do I buy the
OS only (only running a 3rd party application on VM; don't need Office)?
