PC\Virtual Machine Additions\ folder. If you are running the x64 version it
is in the Program Files (x86) branch.

Did you read Colin's comment above at all?
Go to the Action menu in the running VM window and use the item that
you will find there to install the additions. Nothing to download,
they are already part of your VPC2007 installation...
