users. If you have done this you will need to log back into windows as an
admin then change these settings.

Yeah, i also unfortunately locked myself out of the Windows Server 2003 on my Virtual PC. Is there any file at a location on my host (or elsewhere) where i could get my user detail. Normally on windows you can use one of the functional keys to enter setup wher eyou may be able to change password.
Any clues please?

There is nothing you can do from VPC. Try posting in a Server 2003
newsgroup.

I've used 'Hirens Boot CD' to reset the password on an account within windows virtual PC 2k7.
Just mount the ISO as a CD before the virtual PC starts booting up.
There are two utils on Hirens boot CD - I used the second - i.e the one that doesn't boot up into a linux kernel.
