Draging iso image does nothing to VPC!!!

Hello,
I have installed Virtual PC 2007 on my Windows XP machine.
Now I want to install Vista OS in it.
I have Vista .iso image and I drag it onto CD icon but nothing happens after
I click Enter.
I can see the .iso file being mounted under CD menu.
I have also tried to use Capture ISO Image option, but the result was the
same:
'Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot
device'
pops up all the time.
What I am doing wrong?

You should be able to mount the ISO via Daemon Tools, and then capture the
Daemon Tool's drive as a physical drive under VPC and install through that.
There shouldn't be any noticable difference.

It does not work as well.
I suspect, that file is not a bootable file.
I used that .iso file to install Vista on my external drive, using
DaemonTools and I did not have any problems with the installation!
