Problem of restoring saved state

I'm running QNX Neutrino as a guest OS on WinXP host. Instead of lack of
additions for QNX almost everything works fine. However there is one annoying
problem: after close->save state I can restore guest OS to this state
(amazing speed!), everything works fine but networking. Network is not
visible and I cannot revive it using guest OS means. The only way to return
back networking is to close->Turn off guest OS, then re-boot it. I don't know
is it specific of QNX Neutrino, or this happens with all non-standard OSs
without additions. Is there any workaround?
BTW, are you planning to make possible to save more than one state (as
VMWare does). Cool feature.
