Need to create a virtualPC machine for Win98, so need a setup disk for
that.
I can only find utilities that will create a setup FLOPPY.
Have no floppy drive - how do i create a bootable CD, so i can
install?

You do not need a bootable CD. You boot from a DOS floppy disk with CD
support. You FDISK and format the virtual disk from DOS, then run the setup
program on the CD from a DOS prompt. This was the standard install method
for W98.

If you do not have a floppy drive you can download a virtual floppy and
simply drag it on to the floppy disk icon of the virtual machine screen. You
will find all that you need at Steve Jain's site.
