Cannot start "New Virtual Machine Wizard"

Hello,

After playing with Ubuntu on Virtual PC 2004, now I cannot start "New
Virtual Machine Wizard".
In the taskbar, I see "New Virtual Machine..." item but there's no
actual Window for that.
Even upgrading to Virtual PC 2007 Beta didn't help.

I believe that this problem is related to what I did with Ubuntu.
I have 3 monitors and when I used Ubuntu on VPC 2004, I made it full-
screen.
Now when "New Virtual Machine Wizard" fails, and I exit "Virtual PC
Console", one of the monitors becomes all black and comes back to
normal in 3 seconds.
I suspect that "New virtual Machine" doesn't show up due to the full-
screen mode.

Unfortunately, I deleted the Ubuntu image already and cannot run it
now.

Does anybody have this problem?
