Hi,

If your computer came with Windows XP Pro on it, that copy of XP has only
one license - and that license can only be used on that physical machine
(even if you didn't have it on that machine anymore, you would only be
licensed to run it there, not even within a virtual machine on it). To run
XP Pro in a VM, you will need to purchase a new copy for each machine, if
you go through standard retail channels

You are already using the single license for Windows XP as the "host" OS
for VPC. You will need an additional license for each OS you run as a
"guest" OS in VPC (some requires buying licenses, like for Microsoft
operating systems, while other licenses are free, like many Linux
variants).
