So to transition to 64 bit I would need to have VISTA 64 as the host and
have Virtual PC 2007 with XP 32 and maybe VISTA 32 as guests. As I get more
64 bit software working I would run it on the host 64 bit O/S. At some stage
I could possibly remove the guest O/S's and Virtual PC 2007?

You can't run 64-bit guests with any version of either VPC or
VS. They both only support 32-bit guests. If you want to run 64-
bit guests you'll need to run VMWare.

There's nowhere else you *could* run it currently, unless you used VMWare.
