Keystrokes repeat, echo, sticky

I've installed SimplyMepis 6.0 on MS Virtual PC 2007 machine on Vista RC1 and
I have problems typing because the keystrokes repeat, echo or whatever you
want to call it. Sounds like this issue has been around for awhile and the
hotfixes seem mainly for laptops. My system is built with an AMD Athlon 64 X2
4200+. Thanks for the help.
