Starting a VPC on host OS startup

Is there a way i can start a VPC at the startup of the host OS? I have an
internet content filter running on my pc for my kids. I want MS VPC to
startup with my OS startup, and then run my content filter. Just in case im
not home, and it reboots for some reason (Windos update, power failure, etc)
Is this a possibility? I know i can make MS VPC run at startup, but how can i
make the content filter VCP run also?

Just put a shortcut of the .vmc file in the startup folder is one way.

There's also command line options described in the VPC help for doing
something more advanced. (like starting minimized) It's under the
"Command-line reference" topic and all you'd need to do is create a .bat
file and put it in the startup folder.
