Presently, I am using VPC to configure a parent and child domain. I have
raised the functional level of both domains to 2003. But, when I try to raise
the forest level to 2003 I receive a notice that one of the domains (the
child) is still in mixed mode and the procedure is ended.
What can I do to correct this situation?
