Blank Screen using VPC and XP Pro

Every since the GUI finished installing XP PRO on my VPC, it will no show
anything when windowed. Usually, it will be a completely blank screen even
if I go full screen. Occasionally there will be some viewable screen portion
in full screen.

Any ideas??

Found my own answer derived from another issue and thought it might be useful
to someone else.

I had to "turn down" the direct x acceleration on my host pc to fix the
issue. I've now also done the same on the VPC side. I've not yet had time
to experiment with turning it back to full tilt on the host side since the
guest is now in a safer mode.
