HELP!!! Please

i have installed the virtual pc softare and i have installed Windows 98.
whilst windows is running i click inside virtual pc to use 98 however i cant
get out of the virtual screen to get back onto the host pc.

also when i am in a full screen mode in virtual pc i cannot get back to the
host pc without stopping the process in the task manager.

can anyone help?
