anybody run it successfully on Winxp Prof. V2002 SP1? If so, any major

Have you tried it? Set a System Restore Point and give it a go.

XP Pro SP1 will reach the End Of Support on the second Tuesday of October.
There will not be any new patches for it after that date. If you are still
running SP1 please consider updating to SP2.
