Install Virtual PC 2004 SP1 will cause system reset

While I install Virtual PC 2004 SP1 on my Windows XP professional, it will
casue system reset after enter my password and press enter.
I use "Check Build" version try to get more information. I notice that while
system load "VMM.SYS", then system will reset.
I am a BIOS engineer. Is there anything I should notice or should or
shouldn't I do something wrong?

Here is part of the log file I get with kernal debug tool.

I too am having this problem.
The computer crashed during installation and ever since it has crashed after
loading up virtual pc. It gets to the virtual network drivers in the bootup
sequence and pops up with the BSOD.

Here are my specifications:
Windows XP Pro SP2 Academic Edition (Clean Install)
Socket 939 AMD Athlon 3200+
Gigabyte GA-K8NS-Ultra 939 mobo
One SATA hard drive and one IDE hard drive
Generic brand Realtek driver RTL8180 Wireless PCI card
ASUS Geforce 4 Ti 4600 AGP graphics card
1gb ddr ram

I believe it has something to do with the network drivers.
Everything has been patched and since the install I have put on the
following programs:
Microsoft Office
Firefox
Thunderbird
Opera
Winrar
Avast Anti-virus
Kerio Personal Firewall.
Xchat 2.4.1

I updated the drivers *again* using windows update and reinstalled
virtual pc.
so far it appears to be working.
word of warning.
if you don't update your network drivers there is a chance the entire
computer will enter a restart cycle (boot up, load windows, restart,
boot up...)
The only way out of this is to boot up safe mode and disable all the
virtual network drivers in the system devices tab.
