VHD inaccessable??????? Are there any Utilities to accec the data?

Is there a utility that would allow me to salvage data from the Vhd?

All was working perfect. I saved the VM state to speed up access, after my
laptop boots I need to wait for the vm to boot it could be upto 10 min. On
the following day when I was supposed to demo CAD files I created on the vm,
problem. I started my Laptop and tried to start the virtual PC, Then I got
this message:

"An unexpected error occurred when attempting to use one of the specified
virtual hard disks."

I tried another VM hd , it loaded fine so something must be wrong with the
other file. Is there a utility that would allow me to salvage data from the
Vhd?

I'll try it. I didn't have the luxury of time so I ended up recreating from
a backup.
