Thank you Paul for quick reply, I have problem installing it though. Here is
the situation,
The host is Win-XP
the guests are win-xp and win SBS (Server 2003)

I can install the VM Additions on the Win-XP without any problem and it works.
The installtion on Win-Sever though just does nothing, when I hit the
installation, the first message appears and when I hit continue it disappears
without any error message ot what so ever.
Do you have any idea what am I doing wrong?
I saw there are several entries here and none could really help me.

I did re-install the VS and finally could install the VMADDITIONS without
any problem.
