Message:You're welcome, this particular problem is pretty common!
There's a bug in the way Nero allocates memory on systems with more than 1G
of RAM -- it basically locks the memory in a way that VPC can't allocate it.
I don't know the specifics...

You problem is Vista is taking up all 512M of your RAM leaving nothing
for VPC.
You very best bet is to get more RAM, and your second best would be to
downgrade to XP.

Vista requires 512MB of RAM, so this leaves 0 for the VM. If you're
really looking at working with VMs, you need more than 512MB, even
with XP as the host OS.
Aside from that, if you want Vista itself to run decently, you should
upgrade your RAM to at least 2GB.

512Mb RAM is the absolute minimum recommended by Microsoft for Vista Basic;
1Gb is recommended for all other editions...
Why on earth are you trying to run Vista on a machine with such little
memory...???
