I get this message when I start virtual pc 2004 on one of my computers:
"Virtual PC is incompatible with the physcial processor in this computer.
Virtual PC requires at least a Pentium II (or equivalent) processor."
The program then closes.
This machine is an AMD K6-3D+ Processor, at 400mhz with 384 RAM, running
Windows 2000 Server SP4. I was able to install the program without any
warnings. To me, the AMD K6-3 is at least a Pentium 2 equivalent, and this
machine should be capable of running the program.

Any way to force this working on this machine?

Thanks.

As an aside... the warning should come during the install, not afterward,
when the program is installed but unusable.

IIRC, VPC v5.0 or v5.1 support the K63. Can't really remember. Wish the
old Connectix forums were around for perusal. May have to check
wayback.

I know for sure that Qemu works on a K63 since I booted it up while
visiting my parent's so that I could work on my BartPE CD.
