How do I stop VPC from minimizing the window when it loses focus? I am using
VPC in full-screen mode on my second monitor, and whenever I click on
anything on my first monitor, the VPC window on the other monitor minimizes.

If you're using Windows, just manually resize the VM's window until
it's taking up the screen. You only lose a mininal amount of VM
desktop.
