Using Virtual PC 2004, can I install NT4 SP6a as a guest O.S. and make use of
a Matrox G550 dual-head adapter and a PCI comms card?

I have both items running on a PC w/ NT4 already. Since the vendor software
does not run under XP (or 2K) I was hoping to set up a virtual PC vs a
dual-boot scenario.

Is this "doable" ?

You cannot take advantage of the video card in the computer. VPC provides
an emulated S3Trio card and it cannot be changed. What comms card?
