I haven't kept up with VPC for awhile but I can tell ya that there are
plenty of free utilities out there for Vmware images.

Not that I'm aware of. Giles is a hardworking, nice guy who
creates great software. Why not just step up and support
him by purchasing his product?

Do you mean a tool to mount an VHD as a drive letter, change files and
folders and unmount?
If yes, in SP1 for Virtual Server 2005 R2 will be a tool available with
which you can mount and change a VHD.

wie kann ich eine reelle Festplatte, welche als vhd deklariert ist, in
VPC2004 oder VS20005R2 nutzen - VPC2004 bei Nutzung jedesmal ab, VS
verweigert den Dienst mit der Meldung "Dieser Typ Festplatte kann nicht
genutzt werden".
