Unrecoverable processor error

Hi,

See error here:
http://www.thomasgoddard.com/errormessage.jpg

I "was" running Windows 2003 Server R2 in a virtual PC environment when I
installed Alias Maya, the machine guest OS rebooted spontaniously. I tested
the same configuration without R2 installed, just 2003 server, and the error
does not occur. I tried attaching the vhd to Virtual Server 2005 R2 and
received the same problem, the machine just reboots over and over.

The error only occurs when I after I install Maya 7.0.

So the problem is, I need to get my data off of that virtual machine and IIS
has to be available for me to get it, which is not available from safe mode
(safe mode with networking boots up fine). It's quite a catch 22 I am in
here and I can't seem to get the machine to boot past the error message in
the image.

Is there a hotfix for this issue and can MS please provide me with any
further details on how I might resolve this?

I was able to get it to bootup with VMWare but then I have to reconfigure
the networking and VMWare networking configuration is a PITA.

Thanks in advance,
--
