need a little help to finish os installation

i did insert the os disk and windows start the set up process and when it
comes to the licences agreement it said press f8 iif you agree, esc= i do not
agree, so i press f8 but it not do anything but when i press esc yes it will
closed the set up. any idea? the windows version is my i have the
registration key, what can i do?

In addition to Colin's response, if your keyboard has an "F Lock" key, you
may need to press that in the VM before you press F8
