Using the CD drive in Win95 under WinXP

Message:

I am trying to install Win95 into Virtual PC under WinXP.
I already have a virtual box with MS-DOS 6.2 installed, and I have the Win95
boot floppy. Problem is, I can't find any way to get it to see the CD drive
(to install Win95), to get it to load an ISO copy of that CD (or any ISO
file,m for that matter), or even get it to create a shared swap folder.

I assumed that VPC would let the virtual OS transparently access the real
CD; perhaps I was wrong. Do I need to install a CD driver for the hardware
into the MS-DOS config.sys and autoexec.bat files? In which case, since this
is a Dell with the latest drives, there ain't no DOS drivers. Any
alternatives?

At any rate, I want Win95 with access to either my real CD drive, or an ISO
file. (Only any one at any time, but I will need to swap CDs or ISO files
every so often.)

Thanks to you all for your time.
