Screen blanking problem with Logmein.com

Perhaps an arcane question, but: I set up a virtual machine to be controlled
by logmein.com. One option on logmein.com is to blank the host computer
screen (the virtual machine screen.) However, the screen does not blank when
remotely controlled. I changed video drivers to another S3 compatible one
listed in the virtual machine video options. This allowed installation of the
specialized logmein.com video driver but still no screen blanking.

Anyone had this problem or gotten logmein.com to blank a host computer screen?
