Networking in VPC 2004

Message:

I have VPC 2004 (not server) and I currently have my Virtual Machines set
up to network peer-to-peer with my home networked Real Machines. I only
have this done so I can learn (for school) how to make settings in the
different OSes for networking and this was the easiest way for me to do
this. Anyhow, is there a limitation as to how many folders you can share
on a Virtual Machine? I have a VMC running Windows XP-Pro SP2 and I've
been trying to learn how to set permissions for sharing. Currently my home
network just allows Everyone to access all shares. When I set the VMC to
only allow certain users to access its shares, it would only allow one
drive or one folder to be connected to, not more than one. I get an error
saying that I don't have permission to access it, even though I set the
permissions in the VMC to allow the user to access. Even if I have the VMC
set to allow Everyone to access, as I do my home network, I can still only
access one shared folder from another networked computer, not more than
one. Is this a shortcoming of VPC? (I hope I made this clear enough.)
Thanks!

Patty
