Booting from CD after running sysprep within Virtual PC.

I am having an issue with booting from a cd after I make a sysprep image
within Virtual PC. I am running Virtual PC SP1. Here is what happens.

I start the Virtual PC session, I boot to the Windows cd and load windows.
I copy over my driver directory to c:\drivers and I copy over my sysprep
directory. I then run sysprep -reseal -mini -shutdown. Once the system
restarts I boot from
the DVD and run ghost to backup the image, once Ghosted I use the image file
to test the new drivers i have put in the drivers directory and my
sysprep.inf file. This was working fine and now I can't boot from the CD
after running sysprep. I played around with the settings Primary and
secondary controller for the cd-rom drive with no luck. It's like it doesn't
even try to boot from the cd.. I went into the Virtual PC bios and my own
bios and CD is the first boot device.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Greg
