Keycombo for MMB on Powerbook?

I need to use a middle mouse button in combination with ctrl in VPC7 to
drag objects in a CAD program.
As I'm using a Powerbook I only have one button, and I cant use the
ctrl+MMB as the program want ctrl AND the MMB.
Is there a way to map the MMB and RMB to keyboard combos?

Using 10.4.3 and VPC 7.0.2 on a Powerbook 15" (DDR2).
