Making a DOS Virtual PC - Problem With Floppy Images from MSDN

I'm trying to create a virtual MS-DOS PC. I've downloaded the MS-DOS 622
from MSDN, but when I try to "capture" the disk images, I get the error:
"This File Does Not Appear to Be A Floppy Image" (Floppy images must be of
the correct size...."

The image(s) I'm trying to use is: 144UPG1.IMG from the EN_MSDOS622.EXE
download from MSDN.

Any alternatives? (Note: my PC does not have a floppy drive).
