HI...I'm running XP Pro on my host and have setup Server 2003 as my DC
and another time as a file server. Plus I have XP Pro as my client.

I'd like to setup the a web server and have the client go through there
to access the internet. It gets on now, but I think it's going
directly through my host. What do I need to do to set this up
correctly? Thanks

For the virtual client guest machine to go to the Internet through the
virtual server guest machine you will need to configure the server with two
NICs. One NIC will be in the same IP subnet as the the client machine, while
the other will be linked to the Internet (probably through the network which
your host connects to). Exactly how you configure it depends on how your
physical network is configured.

When the "public" NIC of the server has Internet access, the virtual
client can share this connection using the software provided in the server
OS - ie either ICS or RRAS/NAT . I would recommend that you put the client
and the server's "private" NIC in local only.
