I originally set up my VPC hard disk image as a dynamically expanding image
with a capacity of 15GB. How can I reduce the capacity to 8 or 10GB? I
reclaimed zeroed space to 5.5GB. Now what?

What if I create a new disk image with a smaller capacity? Can I then
transfer the compacted (5.5GB) disk image's contents to the smaller capacity
image?

Yes, using an imaging program like Ghost or Acronis or something along
those lines. You could also do it with the Backup program built in to
Windows though you'd need someplace to store the backup file.

Sure it is, all the Windows newsgroups are labeled this way and all
the Mac newsgroups have the .mac in them. Since most of Microsoft's
products are for Windows, its somewhat silly to include that,
especially when the Mac newsgroups are already identified as such.
