Pocket PC 2003 emulator fails to connets with VS Beta 2

Hello,

I am able to run PPC 2003 SE emulator on Virtual PC, but I cannot deploy my
application from VS 2005 Beta 2 to this emulator - VS cannot establish a
connection with the emulator. Emulator runs fine but cannot access network
using NE2000 nic.

Is there any solution to this problem?

AFAIK - the emulator does not run under Virtual PC.
