Booting Problem - How to restore

I was creating a Virtual Machine on my PC to load Windows Server 2003. But
when I started to load the system, I didn't start in the Virtual Machiine but
on my PC. I stopped it by hitting the power button which was probably not
the best think but I didn't know what else to do.

Now when my machine boots up it trys to start the Windows Server 2003 boot
or give me the option to Boot XP Pro. How do I delete the Windows Server
2003 boot attempt so that it does not continue to ask me?

You need to look up some information on "boot.ini" I think. My laptop offers
a choice menu asking if I want to boot Windows 2000 Professional or Windows
2000 Professional, and I think it's a problem with boot.ini because I had to
reinstall the w2k at one point.
