I want to know if it's possible to run a Virtual Pc by an automatique service.
My probleme is that anytime that i shut down my session, my VPC is down and
i need to keep it alive.

Then you should be running Virtual Server, and not Virtual PC. There is
no supported method for running VPC as a service.

Ok, I've finally tweaked this a little, and it works. What I did was create
the VMService folder in my C:\ drive. Then, I copied instrv and srvany to
that folder from the WS2k3 Resource CD. I ran the command that I listed
above (c:\vmservice\instsrv VMStart c:\vmservice\srvany.exe) and then went
into the registry and made the changes I posted above also. Please note.
In the Parameters subheading, you create a key called Application with the
value of C:\VMService\vmstart.cmd"

Here is the text of my vmstart.cmd file. The only tweaking I had to do was
use the -startuprun parameter instead of the -pc parameter. I tried it with
the -pc one, and it didn't start the VM that was listed (as it wasn't
"Running" when VirtualPC started). The -startuprun command fixed this issue
and everything runs smoothly. If you want more options for the command
line, search the VirtualPC help for Command line.

One thing to try out is this. I have the virtual machine file in my local
folder, so when I go to another user's log-in, it doesn't show it (comes up
with the new machine wizard). You can try moving the VM to the "All Users"
folder (Shared Documents on XP) and see if that fixes this.
