Edit Virtual Hard Disk on Host PC

Copying data between the virtual hard disk and the host machine is very easy
when the Virtual PC is supported by the VM Additions.

But when the OS has not yet been loaded or the OS is not supported, it would
be helpful to have a tool on the host that could mount the Virtual hard disk
as an unused drive letter (The host would obviously have to support the
Virtual hard disk's file system).
