Proper way of getting cursor out of virtual machine?

Source: microsoft.public.virtualpc

Message:

Is it standard behavior for the cursor to get "stuck" inside the virtual
machine window? It seems the only way to get it out is by pressing
ctrl+alt+del which pops open the host's task manager and gets the cursor out.
Just wondering if there was a more "elegant" way of doing this. Thanks.
