Hello!
I use Virtual PC to install Win 2000 Pro and Win XP.
These has a same problem.

After I install these 2 OS, they shows that network card(Intel 81140)is not
install correctly. And I re-install it, the problem is occurs.
But I can use that LAN card at host computer to internet through PPPOE.
How to solve it?

I use Asus P4P800-X and on-board Lan card Realtek 8139.
I try to do that in other PC with same class LAN Card. That is OK.

I try to test before, I find a special case.

If I install Visual Studio 2003.Net then install VPC, VPC can work normally.
But if I install VPC first, then network in VPC can't work.
